I’m Claire Sibonney, a freelance writer, editor, content strategist with more than 20 years of experience in print and digital journalism. My work has appeared in National Geographic, WIRED, TIME, SELF, Teen Vogue and InStyle among other publications.

Prior to freelancing, I was a reporter at Reuters, the Digital Director at Canadian Living and an editor at Huffington Post, Today’s Parent, Fashion and EnRoute.

In addition to working with editorial brands, I help corporate clients tell compelling stories and build their social media and SEO presence. In my spare time, I teach journalism at Centennial College, develop recipes for Food Network Canada and moonlight as a food and portrait photographer.

I live in Toronto with my partner, our two daughters and a rescue pup from Texas.
